We are made of condensed electricity. Electrical energy is what creates and underlies all creation. It is what heals our body and mind. This energy follows thought. By becoming aware of your thought patterns, you can change the circumstances of your life. Deep listening to our body/mind allows us to tune into the sub-conscious patterns that generate our health and our lives.
The causal self is closest to soul and is made of our thoughts. The astral self is the energy createsd by that thought. The physical self is created as that energy follows our thoughts. In this workshop we will use exercises to explore how Hindu cosmology affords insight into our role in creating our lives. You will learn skills to apply in your everyday life.
